Giveaway Terms and conditions

The winner will be drawn at random. There is 1 grand prize winner.

The grand prize is $1,000 in Fireworks. NO CASH AWARDED

The random drawing will be held on the date specified in the confirmation email and the giveaway entry page.

The winner(s) has until the last day of the open season. to pick up their prize at their specified Gorilla Fireworks location.

If the winner does not pick up their prize by close on the last day of the season, their prize will be forfeited.

Entries into the Gorilla Fireworks Giveaway can be found at https://www.gorillafireworks.com/ website or at each of the Gorilla Fireworks locations.

All Prizes are products owned by Gorilla Fireworks and no other person or entity has any rights.

The odds of winning cannot be determined because the total number of entries is not known.

All records of the Gorilla Fireworks Giveaway will be held at the corporate office located at Parks Hwy, Houston Alaska 99694.

Entrants into the NyTex Fireworks Giveaway agree to be contacted by Gorilla Fireworks at any time via Email, SMS Text, Phone Call, and or Direct Mail.

Entrants can OPT OUT of being contacted by Gorilla Fireworks at any time, but if the entrant OPT’s Out prior to the drawing of the winner(s), then their Entry is removed from the Gorilla Fireworks Giveaway.

An Entry can enter the Gorilla Fireworks Giveaway multiple times and at each location. But, the Entry will only be eligible to win one (1) Location Prize and the Grand Prize.
